Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 3–7 business days to process and fulfill your order through our print-on-demand partner. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: After fulfillment, orders are shipped using Printify's carrier choice. Delivery typically arrives within 7–16 business days from the date of your order, depending on your location and current production volume.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at truent24@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
